Randy Duane Couture was born in Lynwood Washington on the 22nd June 1963. Specialising in Mixed Martial Arts and Greco Roman wrestling Couture, aka –The Natural', is a three-time former heavy weight champion and two-time light " heavy weight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Achieving two UFC championships in two different divisions elevated Couture to the top of his game. He is one of only two fighters to achieve this extraordinary feat in the history of the championship. In addition to this Couture is the only fighter to win five UFC championships as well as taking part in a record fifteen title fights. Couture is known as a clinch and ground-and-pound fighter who uses his ability to execute takedowns on his opponents. He also displays a wide variety of skills in boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Couture is the only athlete in UFC history to win a championship after becoming a Hall of Fame member and is the oldest title holder. He is widely credited for bringing mixed martial arts MMA into the mainstream and credited with being the most popular fighter in MMA history.
