What’s in your make-up bag?
I always have foundation to get rid of any blemishes.
Natural powder is also an essential make-up bag item- as an
athlete I sweat a lot when training and competing, so powder
helps to reduce shine. I always have mascara and a natural/
nude lip gloss on hand. With regards to toiletries, I always
have my Mitchum deodorant. I use the Powder Fresh aerosol
for day-to-day and roll-on when competing.

What product/s can’t you live without? Definitely mascara and Mitchum Powder Fresh deodorant.
What’s your favourite feature? My eyelashes. They are quite long- hence my love of mascara. When I was a baby, it was the first thing everybody noticed about me.
What beauty secret do you swear by? I am a little obsessed with cleansing my face. I train up to three times per day so I shower a lot.
What’s your daily beauty regime? I usually wake up and cleanse my face and moisturise. I repeat this after every training session. I have also started using anti-aging day and night cream- Clarins Multi Active Day and Multi Active Night Cream is my favourite.
What’s your beauty quick fix? Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream is my quick beauty fix when I have been flying, which I do quite a lot. I also love bright coloured nails as quick pick me up - my favourite colour at the moment is Revlon Perfect Coral.
What’s your favourite scent? I like Vera Wang perfume. Princess is probably my favourite.
What is the best beauty advice you have ever been given? Not to put too much make-up on. I don’t do heavy eyeliner and I like to keep my look natural.
Whose look do you most admire? Cheryl Cole. She always looks so beautifully groomed and her hair is always so glossy.
What’s your must have beauty product/secret weapon for work? Mitchum deodorant is my secret weapon as it keeps me feeling fresh. I can warm up for an hour and it definitely does what it is supposed to. It’s really dry and not at all sticky.
