Your eyes are one of your most important senses, so take it
easy on them and protect them with the help from Silhouette.
Feel fresh every day and create a wellness programme for
your eyes. Firstly, make sure you get 6-8 hours sleep a
night as this is the time eyes are given a break. Your eyes
need suffi cient oxygen to perform at their best so the
following exercise will help:
