The Hackett Bespoke eyewear range emphasises enduring quality and style over the vagary of fashion. Evoking memories of 1960s London style icons Peter Sellers and Michael Caine, the Hackett Bespoke Horn collection combines ethically sourced Asian water buffalo horn, Swiss finished precision and Hackett’s fine styling to form a memorable eyewear.
As a natural material, Asian water buffalo horn is extraordinarily gentle to the skin. Low weight, total wearer-comfort and allergy free, the benefits of this natural material is clearly evident. The nature of the horn material allows the frames to adapt to the user’s face, providing the most comfortable fit possible. The frames are handcrafted in Switzerland by experienced craftsmen, with a sterling silver identity plaque located inside the temple for personalization of the frames.
Frame shapes are distinctive and masculine; lines bold and clean; and colours, which are derived from the horn itself are subtle, with the translucence of the Horn adding a depth to the frame. The collection powerfully evokes feelings of nostalgia and comfort with individual style and character – subtle details that echo the spirit of bespoke.
