July 2009 will see the UK launch of Christian Audigier by Montpeyroux Estates Winealready dubbed 'Le Vin Cool'. The tannins have depth and a wonderful velvet texture. Ideal to accompany dishes rich in sauce, Mediterranean cuisine or barbecues. Serve at 15C. Chardonnay The art of the winemaker is proven in this goldencoloured Chardonnay where one finds aromas of Mayblossom, citrus fruits, and buttery toast.
