The World's most exciting UFC champion Randy The Natural Couture returns to the UK this week for his fight with rival Brandon Vera. The legendary UFC fighter, sponsored by Everlast, appeared at London's famous Lillywhites store to host an exclusive insight into MMA and offer his top fighting tips prior to headlining UFC 105 in Manchester this Saturday.

Hosted by Alex Reid who didn't turn up as his alter ego Roxanne the event saw Randy giving young UFC champs an insight into his martial arts skills of Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. Randy also touched on why he's dropped a weight class to take on Brandon Vera this weekend and how, at 46 years old, he expects the action to continue thriving in the UFC arena, maintaining his champion reign.
